Accessibility

We want our website to be welcoming and usable for everyone. Our aim is to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA — this statement describes what the site does today, not a claim that every accessibility need has been met.

The accessibility toolbar

The button in the bottom corner of every page opens a panel with several display options: larger text, high contrast, a more readable font, underlined links, reduced motion, and stronger keyboard-focus outlines. These stay set as you move between pages and are saved only in your own browser, on your own device.

Using this website

• Use the "Skip to main content" link at the start of each page to move past navigation with a keyboard.
• Photo and quote carousels rotate automatically but pause whenever you hover or focus them, and stop entirely if your system (or the accessibility toolbar) asks for reduced motion.
• You can enlarge text using your browser's zoom controls, or the toolbar's own text-size control. The layout adapts to smaller screens.
• The framework diagram on our About page has a text version underneath it.
• Every page can be reached and used with a keyboard alone.
