Contacting TOZ

When you contact us, we use the details you provide to respond to your inquiry. The online form asks for your name, email address, inquiry type, subject, and message. A phone number is optional.

Your inquiry is directed to the relevant TOZ team: general inquiries, programs and services, the Progressive Art Studio, or the Board of Directors. Please avoid including sensitive health or financial information in the form.

The website does not save form drafts in your browser or store submissions in a website database. Submitting the form sends an email to the relevant TOZ inbox; email copies remain subject to TOZ's own email and records practices.

Accessibility preferences

The accessibility toolbar's settings (text size, contrast, readable font, and similar options) are saved only in your own browser's local storage, on your device. They are never sent to TOZ or to any other service, and they don't carry over to a different browser or device.

Services used by this website

• The site's hosting provider processes connection information needed to deliver and protect the website.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser connects to Google when loading these fonts.
• Google Maps is embedded to show our location; viewing it connects your browser to Google.
• CanadaHelps handles donations on its own website. Payment details are not entered on this website.

This website does not add advertising trackers or its own analytics cookies.
